I worked in International Education for 18 years before transitioning to full-time climate justice work in my local community. I’m proud to be a founding member of CANIE, a co-founder of its Climate Justice working group, and lead author of the COP26 Glasgow Paper and CANIE Accord. I also serve on the Advisory Board of the International Education Sustainability Group (IESG).

In 2022, I founded IGC, a San Diego nonprofit on a mission to repair systemic injustices through decarbonization projects. I currently serve as IGC's Executive Director and as a lecturer at San Diego State University, where I teach environmental science and sustainability.
