Anne C. Campbell, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies (MIIS) in Monterey, California, USA. She conducts research and teaches courses on international scholarship programs, international higher education, student mobility, social change, and climate change. Anne consults on topics related to international scholarships for UNESCO, USAID, the Open Society Foundations, and the Mastercard Foundation, among others. Dr. Campbell holds a Ph.D. in comparative and international development education from the University of Minnesota (US) and an M.A. in critical theory and cultural studies from the University of Nottingham (UK). In 2022-2023, Anne is currently a U.S. Fulbright Scholar in Kosovo.
